This policy applies to moving in and moving out. It applies to each move. It applies to all (owners and subtenants).

Move must occur Monday through Friday 9-5.

Managing agent must be notified and confirm that the Super is available.

Fees:

$100 non-refundable fee to the Super.

$200 refundable deposit
